 Our Hibbing law firm combines the work of its founding attorney Richard E. Prebich and Hannah C. Forti; two experienced lawyers who have focused their careers on representing individuals on the Iron Range and Northeastern Minnesota.

Richard E. “Rick” Prebich

Rick has been practicing law in Hibbing since he founded the firm in 1997. Rick has extensive experience in Personal Injury, Estate Law, Probate, Family Law and Real Estate. Rick is a strong, prepared, efficient and dynamic advocate for his clients. Rick leverages his legal knowledge and experience in his effort in bringing the law to your corner.

Hannah C. Forti

Hannah brings to the practice over a decade of litigation and trial experience, in Criminal Law, Family Law, Personal Injury, Estate Planning, Probate and Real Estate. She decided to practice law to improve lives, businesses and communities and chose to do so close to her hometown of Chisholm, Minnesota. Hannah excels in providing strong advocacy for her clients, combined with efficient, creative legal services.

     Our office is located at 1932 Second Avenue East, Suite 2, Hibbing, Minnesota. There is plenty of convenient parking. Both of our attorneys handle cases on the Iron Range and the greater part of Northeastern Minnesota.
